Avensys offers a structured training program to develop infrastructure engineers, supported under the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)’s TeSA Company Led Training Programme (CLT). The programme is open to recent graduates and mid-career professionals. Selected participants will receive complimentary coursework training, followed by months of paid on-the-job experience.

The Company-Led Training (CLT) program provides hands-on professional development for tertiary graduates, mid-career professionals, and mature PMETs. By training on the job, participants gain expertise in sought-after digital economy roles that drive sector transformation.

Eligibility Criteria for IMDA-CLT Program
Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
- Able to commit to completing the full training program.
- Able to meet the hiring requirements of the companies.
Conditions of Applications for IMDA-CLT Program
- While an applicant may meet the eligibility criteria, all applicants are subjected to the company’s review for suitability with its hiring requirements, and may not be automatically shortlisted for interview.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be notified by the company directly.
- Companies may hire eligible applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis before any closing date.
- Companies may close their applications when all the jobs offered by the participating companies have been filled.
- Companies’ hiring decision is final and are not obliged to offer explanation or appeals on their hiring decision.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shortlisted candidates would be sent for exclusive training in particular technology.
- On completion of classroom training, selected candidates will be placed on the software/application development team of our ongoing project at our MNC client, where they will receive On-The-Job Training (OJT) on various aspects of Software Development Life Cycle.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in information technology/Science /Computer Science/ Engineering or related technical area of study.
- Have understanding about business application development like Java etc.
- Relevant internship or project experience in Java, Pega.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) Java, .Net, Pega.
- Strong team player with professional mindset.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Java would be advantageous.
- Desire for a career in software applications.
- Any programming projects would be an advantage.

For 4 months, accepted trainees will participate full-time while gaining in-demand skills and receiving a competitive allowance.
This full-time program runs daily from 9am to 6pm for the entire duration of the course.
For now, the only applicants who can be admitted are Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
