As a business we are really pleased with the results of our RPA implementation done by Avensys Consulting. We managed to deliver the first use case reconciliation of financial transactions received from omni channels like Food Panda, Grab, Deliveroo etc. into production short space of time, and are now rolling out other use cases in other processes. Our Project managers submit data such as project status, materials and equipment usage, labour resources each day using a standard template, where it is then uploaded to Qlik Sense. With the help of the Avensys team, for the first time our management was able to identify and address issues as they happen, as users get granular insights into specific projects using a variety of data display options. They can analyse progress of multiple projects along with costs expended per project.

Our management is now able to identify trends across all various product lines we distribute to our retailer network. We can now analyse the top movements of orders across seasons, along with buying patterns, garment design type and size. Working with Avensys, a local Qlik partner, we have developed 3 dashboards covering Sales, Executive and Production Control which gives us in depth data analysis enabling us to have greater visibility of market trends and apply corrections instantly.

We migrated from our Old premium System to a New EBAO platform and we wanted an integrated view of the data recorded in both platforms for Historical trends as well as Current analysis. The Avensys team (Using Qlik Sense and Qlik Nprinting) helped us gain faster access to key information that is more accurate and timely. This increased efficiency with up to date dashboards reflecting important claims and premium KPI’s like Expense and loss Ratios, Net Profit margins, over all paid amount, Premium Collected, Claims Amounts Incurred Amount etc. Our CEO & Board of Trustees receive automated weekly reports on regular basis now from the Qlik-Nprinting Platform.
